Board of Directors Meetings

Board of Directors meetings are normally held on the second Monday of every month (usually no meeting in December). The meeting location changes in round-robin fashion between Board member's homes. Refer to the schedule below for upcoming meetings and locations. Meeting notices are also included at the bottom of your monthly assessment statement. If there is a change to the date, time or location, a notice will be posted at the entry gates and an e-mail message will be sent to those who have signed up for the Canyon Creek e-mail list. Please feel free to join us and give us your feedback!

Social Events

Social events are coordinated by the Canyon Creek Social Committee and they usually can use a few volunteers. Contact them if you can help out.

Trash Collection

Waste Management of Orange County (714-558-7761) collects trash in roll-out carts on Mondays. If Monday is a major holiday (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, or Christmas), trash will be collected on Tuesday. Please place your trash carts at curbside no earlier than Sunday evenings and return them to an area hidden from the street promptly after collection. Check their Web site during the holidays for information about Christmas tree disposal.

NOTE: Electronic waste (e-waste) and Universal waste items may no longer be placed in the trash for regular pickup. E-waste includes items such as TVs, computer monitors, computers, VCRs, cell phones and other electronic devices. Universal waste items include batteries (AA, AAA, C, D, etc.), fluorescent tubes and light bulbs. These items are currently accepted at County of Orange Household Hazardous Waste Collection Centers at no charge to Orange Country residents. Residents may also schedule pickup of these items along with other bulky items, twice a year, including up to four large items or 20 bags per pickup. Street Cleaning

Street cleaning occurs the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Residents are kindly asked to move parked vehicle off the street during street cleaning days.

Pool and Spa

The pool is normally heated between April 1 and October 15. The spa is heated year-round. A pool attendant may or may not be present during the summer season between 1:00PM and 5:00PM. Check the Canyon Creek newsletter for information.

Patrol Service

The patrol service performs periodic random patrols in the community. Additional patrols with an extended on-site presence occur during summer months. Contact the patrol service to report minor, questionable activity. Call the Irvine Police to report any criminal activity or dial 911 to report any life-threatening events.
