Utilities and Services

NOTE: Electronic waste (e-waste) and Universal waste items may no longer be placed in the trash for regular pickup. E-waste includes items such as TVs, computer monitors, computers, VCRs, cell phones and other electronic devices. Universal waste items include batteries (AA, AAA, C, D, etc.), fluorescent tubes and light bulbs. These items are currently accepted at County of Orange Household Hazardous Waste Collection Centers at no charge to Orange Country residents. Residents may also schedule pickup of these items along with other bulky items, twice a year, including up to four large items or 20 bags per pickup. To schedule a pickup, call Waste Management Customer Service at (949) 642-1191.
